| Introduction | In the last fifteen years I've held three senior HR related positions within the UK Construction Industry (mechanical and electrical sector). In 1993 I was recruited by the now Executive Director of Carillion plc (formerly Tarmac), Roger Robinson to set up their ‘in house’ mechanical and electrical labour agency NCS. A year later Roger promoted me to the position of National Labour Manager for their mechanical and electrical services business, Crown House Engineering. I left the company in 2000 to join Emcor PLC's mechanical and electrical subsidiary, Drake & Scull Engineering as Business Improvement Director. In 2004 I joined Balfour Beatty plc's mechanical and electrical subsidiary, Haden Young Limited as Regional Production and Resources Manager for the Midlands and Southern Region. |
