About Me

I'm a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life and Cleansing Coach and Reiki Master with a practice in both Sacramento and Lafayette California. I see clients Monday through Wednesday in Sacramento, Fridays in Lafayette and all over the world via telephone and internet on Thursdays. I am the founder and creator or a group process for personal transformation that includes the use of Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnosis, and Bilateral Stimulation. I call the process and my work TranceBreakers. The intent of the group process is to break the trances that create negative thought patterns and habits in our lives so that we can each create a life we love.
