About Me

I am a proud Puerto Rican woman, mother of three children and accompanied through a significant part of my life by Ricardo Mayol, my husband, friend and partner. Home is now San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico where our current effort is directed to open a theological and pastoral seminary. The language of my heart is Spanish and this, might explain the "different flavor" of my writing.

Interests

• Studies of the ancient cultures of the Near East
• prophetic texts and biblical narrative
• and the framing processes of social movements. I love to teach and write. Hobbies? Humm
