Tory is a 2005 graduate of Dartmouth College and the former Chairman of the NH College Republicans. He is currently a 3L at the University of Arizona Law School where he served as President of the Christian Legal Society.

Tory is a proud native of Walters, OK.

Update: Tory recently became engaged to Ms. Gwyn Hamrick of Bloomington, IN. A wedding date has been set for mid-August 2009. The couple will reside in Tucson, AZ.
