| Introduction | I am an inveterate dabbler when it comes to crafts. This goes completely against my work psycho profile of "completer finisher"! My main craft interests are sewing, painting and (very) basic knitting. I am always convinced I have done nothing creative in years, so this is a chance to collect together my projects, and remind myself what I have done. As well as parenting and my craft interests, I am a volunteer at the local toy library and secretary of the school PTA. I get a lot of fulfillment from investing some time into the community that welcomed us when we moved here in 1999. I also do occasional short term product design and evaluation projects from home. This used to be my full time job, and I am lucky to be able to continue in it in some capacity while to all intents and purposes being a full time mum to my little boy. |
