I'm a writer, editor, speaker, blogger and crafter who loves thunderstorms, good books, sushi and wants to learn how to skateboard. I've written six crochet books, edited a magazine and co-hosted a television show. Now I run the Mighty Ugly project. I live in Vancouver, BC, with one human and one mutt.
