Introduction I am currently attending the University of Lethbridge where I am very close to completing a BSc in Environmental Sciences. It feels good to be in the final year of my university education and I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. My research interests are primarily wildlife biology and wildlife management. I have spent the last couple years working in Waterton Lakes National Park as a research assistant working on projects such as Grizzly Bear DNA studies, Seed and Seedling Survival of Limber Pine, and studies involving the ecology of Waterton's amphibian population. Once finishing school at the end of this year, I will return to Parks Canada to continue my research and hopefully find myself employed as a Park Warden. I am very much an avid outdoorsman. Scuba diving, rock climbing, caving, hiking are some of my many hobbies. I live in Lethbridge with my wife Jada and children Jaala (4 years) and Jayden (2 years).
Interests Scuba Diving, Rock Climbing, Caving, Hiking, Mountaineering, Fishing, Boating, Swimming, Hockey, the list goes on and on...
Favorite Movies I enjoy many movies so picking a favourite is impossible. However among the top would be Remember the Titans, Monty Python's Search for the Holy Grail, and U-571.
Favorite Music All kinds, love classic 60's rock, never left the 80's, and still listen to a lot of the new stuff. Our MP3 player belongs to my wife and although I don't like all her song choices I am too lazy to create my own playlists so I just go with the flow. I usually just listen to the radio.
Favorite Books When I have time to read non-school related books I enjoy books like Digital Fortress or Da Vinci Code (Dan Brown), any Robin Cook book, and really any espionage suspense type book. I also enjoy reading Aldo Leopold who is considered to be the father of wildlife ecology. I am always looking for another great read, so if you have any suggestions pass them on...
