Introduction After obtaining my Ph.D in law at U of Paris I (dissertation on The Internationalization of American Law: the Alien Tort Claims Act, Post-2001 Anti-terrorism Measures and Civic Actors), I returned to translating. Recent works are Ordering Pluralism by Mireille Delmas-Marty (Hart, 2009) and China and Democracy (MDM & Pierre-Etienne Will, eds, forthcoming, Brill, 2010). IntLawGrrls posts by or about me may be found at http://intlawgrrls.blogspot.com/search/label/NN. My IntLawGrrls transnational foremother is my grandmother, Anna Koransky, an immigrant to the United States who was blacklisted in the '50s for petitioning to ban the bomb, as I've described at http://intlawgrrls.blogspot.com/2007/02/introducing-anna-koransky.html.
