I have a degree in this from here but I grew up and am devoted to this place.
And this is what I said to myself when I started this: Here's to maybe the start of something that will fail? meant to be a blogomentary on possible futures for the philippines. particularly, urban philippines. which will go something like this: i read the news. i speculate on what this means for the country another hundred years hence. is the rizal allusion too kitschy? maybe. seeing that Pepe missed the target, maybe we can re-aim and shoot again. maybe this is just therapy for my cognitive dissonance. anyway, excuse me while I pass (virtual) wind. |
