About Me

I live in the heart of rural Wales in an old blacksmith's cottage with five acres of land that includes a river and the old forge. I am slowly creating quite a nature reserve here. I work as a librarian in a special place, the smallest town in the UK. I shall be continuing my Country Diary on this site now and there will also be a poem and a few blessings for you to read each day. My passions? Books, poetry (both the reading and the writing of). Music, something I could not live without. Ireland, which is my spiritual home and Wales,my actual home. My animals, wildlife, gardening, walking, yoga, cooking. Last but not least my special family, the old and the new. Ambition? I want to be a Good News Reporter.
