| Introduction | David Wicks has over 30 years experience in leveraging new ideas into proven values as a venture capitalist and consultant to early stage enterprises. He has also been active in the Telecommunications Industry as a recognized expert having testified before the United States Congress and consulted with foreign governments, corporations and US Agencies. As an Adjunct Professor at the graduate level at Columbia University, he teaches a course entitled, “The Regulatory Dimensions of Global Business”. He is a Founding Partner of the Alwyn Group LLC a telecommunications consulting and business development firm with offices in New York, the Washington DC and Boston areas with affiliates in Los Angeles. He formerly headed the New Media Division of Cablevision Systems Corporation, charged with the responsibility of testing new technology and development models for introducing new products. He received his MBA from the Darden Graduate Business School at the University of Virginia and his BA from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn. He is a board member of numerous not for profit entities in communications and health care and is listed in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in the World. |
