Luam cat putem din carnea de pe ciolan si o taiem bucati mari. Cand s-a rumenit ceapa, adaugam carnea si jumarile. Acoperim si lasam 10 min. Adaugam apoi varza tocata marunt si acoperim cu apa. Eu de data asta nu am gasit ciolan dezosat asa ca am pus si osul impreuna cu varza. Punem si piperul, foaia de dafin, acoperim si dam la cuptor pentru 2 ore la foc mic. Il adaugam peste ceapa prajita si lasam la inabusit cam 10 min. </li><br /><li>Peste prajeala punem si fasolea cu legumele si apa in care au fiert amestecand bine.
