A fost prima oara cand le-am facut ciulama si nu am regretat deloc. </div><div></div><div><br /><br />INGREDIENTE:</div><ul><li>2 caserole pipote</li><li>2-3 morcovi</li><li>1 pastarnac</li><li>1 telina mica</li><li>2 cepe</li><li>1 kg ciuperci</li><li>3 catei usturoi</li><li>1 pahar vin alb (50ml)</li><li>smantana 450 gr</li><li>3-4 linguri faina</li><li>sare, piper, patrunjel</li></ul><p>PREPARARE</p><p>Punem pipotele la fiert, dupa ce le spumam adaugam o ceapa taiata in jumatate, 2-3 morcovi, telina si pastarnacul. Punem capacul si lasam sa fiarba.</p><p>Separat punem la fiert ciupercile. Dupa ce au fiert le taiem bucati mici. Taiem o ceapa cuburi, o calim, adaugam ciupercile si cateii de usturoi taiati marunt. Atat de mult imi placea sosul ca m-am gandit sa incerc combinatia de gorgonzola cu smantana si pentu a pregati un fel de mancare. <p></p>INGREDIENTE: <p></p><ul><li>piept depui</li><li>gorgonzola</li><li>smantana</li><li>ulei masline</li><li>sare, piper, boia dulce</li></ul><p>Nu va dau cantitatile exacte, pentru ca le puteti varia dupa preferinte. Eu am avut o caserola mare cu piept de pui dezosat, o felie de gorgonzola si o cutie maaare cu smantana. </p><p>PREPARARE:</p><p>Taiem pieptul de pui in bucati mici, il condimentam si-l punem intr-un vas cu cateva linguri de ulei masline la prajit. Eu am pus si capacul la cratita ca sa se inabuse putin. Cand este gata adaugam smantana, gorgonzola rupta in bucati mici si amestecam bine pana se topeste toata branza. Punem capacul si lasam sa se inabuse bine.
