Mixam untul cu zahar, incorporam oul si amestecam pana se omogenizeaza compozitia. Adaugam faina treptat (amestecata cu praful de copt), laptele, ciocolata si cacao.<br />Dam la rece compozitia pentru 10-15 min.<br />Tapetam o tava cu hartie de copt si cu lingura punem compozitia in tava. Daca tineti la aspect cu mana usor umezita cu apa formati bilute. Cu greu o convingeam pe mama sa nu arunce marginile prajiturii cand o taia. Aveam impresia ca niciodata nu o sa ma satur de prajitura cu foi.<br /><br />Pentru ca mi s-a parut cam greu de facut, in plus am o problema cu aluatul (nu-mi place deloc sa framant, sa intind aluaturi) mi-a preparat-o mama si mi-a dat-o la pachet.....cu tot cu tava.<br /><br />Dar am instructiuni precise de preparare!<br /><br />INGREDIENTE:<br /><br /><p>-pentru FOI</p><ul><li>3 oua</li><li>100 gr zahar</li><li>50 ml ulei</li><li>50 ml lapte</li><li>amoniac stins in zeama de lamaie</li><li>faina cat cuprinde (aprox 500 gr)</li><li>1 plic zahar vanilat</li></ul><p></p><p>-pentru CREMA</p><ul><li>500 ml lapte</li><li>100 gr zahar</li><li>3 oua (folosim doar galbenusurile)</li><li>11 linguri faina</li><li>1 pachet margarina</li><li>3, 4 linguri cacao</li><li>rom</li></ul><p>PREPARARE:</p><p>Pentru aluat amestecam ouale cu zaharul, adaugam laptele, zaharul vanilat, uleiul, amoniacul (stins cu zeama de lamaie) si faina. Formam un aluat pe care il impartim in 3. </p><p>Foile le vom coace pe fundul tavii de la cuptor (pe care o ungem inainte cu ulei si o tapetam cu faina). Dam la copt pentru 20 min. Procedam la fel si cu celelalte 2 foi.</p><p>Pentru crema: Punem laptele la fiert, amestecam galbenusurile cu zahar si le adaugam peste lapte. Adaugam treptat faina, amestecand bine ca sa nu se formeze cocoloase. Cand vedem ca s-a ingrosat crema, adaugam romul si cele 3 linguri de cacao. Luam de pe foc si adaugam margarina, amestecand bine pana cand o incorporam. Lasam la racit.</p><p>Ansamblam prajitura : punem in tava prima foaie, crema peste si repetam operatiunea pana terminam foile si crema. Dam la rece pentru 2 zile. Dam cratita deoparte si adaugam ouale, nucile, bananele, faina si praful de copt.<br />Incingem foarte bine cuptorul, ungem o tava cu unt sau o tapetam cu hartie de copt.<br />Turnam aluatul in tava si-l coacem 30 min. Se taie patratele dupa ce se raceste.<br /><br />Este foarte aromata! Mixam bine zaharul cu untul pana devine spumos. Incorporam pe rand galbenusurile. Adaugam faina amestecata cu praful de copt.
