Amestecam branza cu ouale, cartofii, cascavalul si smantana. Noi am avut un mix de morcovi, brocoli, porumb si ardei gras. Cand sunt aproape gata legumele adaugam orezul fiert si scurs bine de apa. Punem intre felii cate un catel de usturoi (in felul acesta se va pastra si distanta intre felii), condimentam cu sare, piper, boia iute, ornam cu cateva fire de rozmarin. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tapetam o tava cu hartie de copt, asezam cartofii, ii stropim cu ulei de masline si-i dam la cuptor la foc mic aprox o ora.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Data viitoare cand voi pregati reteta cred ca o sa-i fierb la inceput 10 min in coaja pentru a micsora timpul de coacere in cuptor.
