Eu nu ratez nici un numar inca de la aparitia revistei. Noroc ca mi-a atras atentia reteta aceasta si am rupt pagina. Soarta, ca nu rup de obicei paginile din reviste, daca imi place ceva notez. Fiindca, in sfarsit se gasesc si la noi forme micute de souffle, am zis, gata, e timpul sa o incerc.&lt;br /&gt;Noi suntem mari iubitori de ciocolata si ne-a placut extraordinar de mult prajiturica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTE:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;300 gr ciocolata amaruie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 ml lapte&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 oua la temperatura camerei&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 gr zahar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 gr unt topit si racit&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lingurita rom, una de vanilie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;PREPARARE:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ungem formele cu unt si aprindem cuptorul. Punem ciocolata cu putin lapte la topit pe foc sau la cuptorul cu microunde.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Intr-un vas batem bine 2 oua si 4 galbenusuri cu zaharul pana isi tripleaza volumul. Adaugam esentele, ciocolata topita (si racita) putin cate putin, amestecand cu telul pana se omogenizeaza compozitia.
