Imi plac blogurile culinare vegane pentru ca mereu gasesc mancaruri variate si evident cu multe legume iar blogul <u> <a href="http://www.reteteveggie.com/"> Andie's Veggies</a></u> de unde am gasit reteta e super. Noi (eu si Andra) suntem fan dovleac si de cand a disparut de pe piata dovlecelul romanesc l-am inlocuit rapid cu cel de placinta. Despre combinatia cu ghimbir tot ce pot sa zic e wow...am citit mult depre ghimbir dar nu l-am folosit niciodata...da stiu e ciudat. daca mai e cineva in situatia asta la urmatoarea iesire de shopping sa-l puna pe lista. Eu il aveam in frigider de vreo 2 saptamani si sotul era curios ce fac cu el, mereu ma intreba l-ai folosit...pana i-am venit de hac astazi (bine, nu pe tot),de abia astept sa-l folosesc la prajituri.<br />

INGREDIENTE:<br />
-o jumatate de dovleac copt<br />
-2,3 morcovi<br />
-2 cartofi<br />
-o ceapa mica<br />
-1 catel usturoi<br />
-putin ghimbir proaspat<br />
-optional:smantana pentru servit<br />
-menta, nucsoara, sare, piper<br />
<br />
PREPARARE:<br />
Punem la fiert ceapa, morcovii si cartofii in 2 l de apa. Cand sunt gata scoatem legumele intr-un bol mai mare, punem dovleacul copt si mixam treptat adaugand supa de legume pana ne iese o supa crema. Adaugam usturoiul, ghimbirul, nuscoara, mai mixam putin si gata, avem o supa delicioasa. <br />
O puteti servi cu smantana si decora cu frunze de menta (eu am luat putina menta dintr-un pliculet de ceai).<br />

Intre timp tocam toate legumele marunt. Dupa ce a fiert carnea cam jumatate de ora adaugam ceapa, morcovii, telina, pastarnacul si radacina de patrunjel. </p><p>Cand aproape s-au fiert legumele si carnea adaugam ardeiul gras, cartofii mai dam intr-un clocot si adaugam sucul de rosii.</p><p>La sfarsit punem si oul batut, saram dupa gust, adaugam borsul, mai lasam 5-10 min ciorba pe foc si gata. Le adaugam iar in ciorba cu ciolanul taiat bucatele, ardeiul gras taiat cuburi si sucul de rosii. Mai lasam 20 min la foc mic. Mie mi s-a parut cam dulce ciorba si am acrit-o cu bors. La sfarsit am adaugat o legatura de cimbru si am lasat-o doar cateva minute sa-si lase aroma. Apoi l-am pus la fiert cu toate legumele, mai putin cartofii. Dupa ce spumam bine puiul, adaugam legumele taiate bucati mari.<br /></li><li>Cand au fiert legumele le scoatem intr-un castron, aruncam ceapa si ardeiul gras iar restul le pasam. Le adaugam apoi in ciorba. Este prima data cand am pasat legumele si am fost tare incantata de cum a iesit ciorba asa. Batem ouale bine cu un vf de sare, adaugam grisul in ploaie pana obtinem o compozitie mai groasa (se vede in poza cam cum era compozitia la mine).</p><br /><p>O dam la frigider pana in momentul folosirii. Daca nu sunteti siguri cat gris sa folositi, lasati compozitia mai moale si asteptati jumatate de ora. O sa vedeti ca grisul s-a umflat si e posibil sa nu mai fie nevoie sa mai adaugam altul. Daca este prea tare, putem turna putina apa si sa omogenizam bine toata compozitia. Buun, trecem la supa.</p><br /><p></p><br /><p>Punem carnea taiata in bucati la fiert si dupa ce nu mai necesita spumare, adaugam morcovul taiat rondele si toate legumele (fara ardei) taiate in jumatate. Punem capacul si lasam la fiert. </p><br /><p>Dupa ce au fiert bine legumele le scoatem (fara morcov) si adaugam ardeiul gras taiat felii. </p><br /><p>E momentul sa adaugam galustele.
