Asa ca am incercat combinatia cu blat de tarta. Eii, nu degeaba fiecare blat are rolul lui, mi-a iesit putin cam tare blatul , dar a fost atat de aromata prajitura incat am trecut peste acest aspect.</div><div><br />INGREDIENTE BLAT:</div><ul><li>500 gr faina</li><li>un varf de sare</li><li>un pachet unt</li><li>100 gr zahar</li><li>1 ou</li></ul><p>PREPARARE BLAT:</p><p>Punem faina intr-un castron si adaugam untul taiat cuburi. Adaugam sarea, zaharul, oul si framantam rapid aluatul cu degetele. Daca aluatul e prea uscat adaugam 2 linguri de apa rece, daca e prea lipicios mai adaugam faina. Separam albusurile de galbenusuri, albusurile le batem spuma.</div><div><br /></div><div>Peste crema de branza adaugam treptat galbenusurile, zaharul , coaja de portocale si dupa ce s-au incorporat adaugam si faina cu albusurile batute spuma.</div><div><br /></div><div></div><div><br /></div><div>Aluatul de tarta il scoatem din frigider si-l punem la copt intr-o tava mai inalta de tort, intepandu-l usor cu furculita. Lasam la copt pana se rumeneste usor. Dupa ce s-a racit, eu am tapetat tava cu hartie de copt (era cu peretii detasabili si mi-a fost teama sa nu-mi curga compozitia care mi-a iesit cam moale)) am pus aluatul de tarta si am turnat crema.</div><div><br /></div><div>Dam la cuptor la foc mic pentru 1 ora. Trebuie sa fie bine incins cand punem prajitura la cuptor.</p><br /><p>Adaugam toate ingredientele pentru crema de branza intr-un bol mare si mixam bine pana se omogenizeaza compozitia. </p><br /><p>Punem intr-un vas ciocolata impreuna cu untul la topit, amestecand usor. Dupa ce s-a topit toata ciocolata , luam vasul de pe foc si lasam la racit.</p><br /><p>Separat, mixam ouale cu un varf de sare, zaharul si zaharul vanilat, pana isi dubleaza volumul. Ajutandu-ne de o lingura, punem din loc in loc si crema de branza pana terminam compozitia. Amestecam usor cu o furculita sau cu o scobitoare.
