Puteti vedea mai sus consistenta aluatului .</li><br /><li>Ungem tava cu ulei (asta daca nu folosim hartiile speciale pentru muffins) si punem compozitia. Adaugam la fiecare briosa cate o lingurita cu nutella.</li><br /><li>Dam tava la cuptor (sa fie bine incins) pentru 30min, la foc mic.<br /><br />Rezultatul, niste pufosenii cu ciocolata. Sunt prajiturile mele preferate de mica si printre primele pe care m-am incumetat sa le fac. Ajutandu-ne de un tel incorporam treptat uleiul, laptele, siropul de portocale, faina amestecata cu praful de copt. Pastram un sfert din arahidele macinate pentru a presara briosele la sfarsit.</li><li>Batem oul cu zahar, adaugam uleiul, untul de arahide si laptele. Ingredientele le incorporam pe rand. </li><li>Amestecam cele 2 compozitii (cea de faina peste compozitia cu ou) avand grija sa amestecam usor (nu folosim mixerul, de preferat cu un tel sau o lingura).</li><li>Punem hartiile speciale de muffins in forma de briose, turnam coca si presaram arahidele ramase.
